Inspired by the reunification of east and west Berlin, Allien's intelligent blend of techno, electronica and house has marked her as an influence for generations to come. As founder of the irrepressible Bpitch Control records she nurtured the talent of Modeselektor, Apparat and Paul Kalkbrenner and her own impeccable credentials include five artist albums, remixes for Beck and Thom Yorke, a Fabric mix cd and even her own clothing line. A regular at Robert Johnson, Watergate and festivals across the globe Allien brings her inimitable sound to the Mint Club for the first of System and Asylum's summer shindigs.
