Disclaimer
The original purchaser of the ticket(s) must be present at the time of redemption and will be required to have photographic ID (a valid passport or drivers license).
The ticket closing time may vary depending on the event. Ticket Arena reserves the right to open and close the sale of tickets for events without prior notification or warning. It is the customers responsibility to present the ticket at the venue on the day of the event. Entry will not be granted without a genuine Ticket Arena ticket. A ticket only Guarantees you access if you qualify with the events terms of admission, stated on the event page and providing you are presenting your ticket before the guaranteed admission cut off time.
In the rare event of an event being cancelled, Ticket Arena will contact the ticket purchaser using the details provided for the purchase. Ticket Arena will wait for official confirmation and will act to keep tickets already purchased valid for any rescheduled events. Should the customer not wish to attend a rescheduled event or if the event is cancelled then Ticket Arena will only refund the ticket purchaser the face value of the ticket.
Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
Should Ticket Arena be unable to supply the purchaser with tickets for any reason listed below, the customer will be entitled to a full refund, including the cost of booking.
- Ticket Arena despatch your order to the wrong E-mail or mobile phone number and cannot provide replacement tickets
- Ticket Arena despatch the wrong order, i.e. wrong event / wrong type of tickets
- Ticket Arena do not receive the tickets for your order from the event organiser, and cannot arrange for the tickets to be delivered via other means
- Any other similar circumstances where Ticket Arena has acted with negligence or where we may have acted in breach of contract
- No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets
We advise customers to always check their purchase upon receipt.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to update any changes in address, contact phone number or email address. Please be advised that this is performed in ‘My Arena’ section of the website. If you are experiencing problems please contact us directly.
Event Promoters and the event venue have the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder. The mentioned parties may take security, environmental and health and safety factors into consideration. Please note that Ticket Arena will offer no refund to customers who are refused entry or ejected from an event on account of failing to comply with the entry requirements that are stated on the specific event page.
Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled.
By purchasing tickets using this website, you are agreeing that the tickets are for personal use of you and your party only. It is an offence to resell or transfer the purchased tickets. Any attempt to do so will result in a non refundable cancellation of your tickets without notice.
By creating an account using this website you agree that Ticket Arena LTD may from time to time send you new offers, event news and promotional material.
Ticket Arena LTD reserve the right to pass on any ticket sales and customer information to the event organiser.
Payment
All payment transactions are dealt through Datacash. At no stage do Ticket Arena gain access to card details or transaction records.
Permitted Use
You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorised by Ticket Arena to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorised by Ticket Arena to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of Ticket Arena international copyright laws. We post a legal notice and various credits on pages of the Site, which may not be removed. Please do not remove this notice or these credits, or any additional information contained along with the notices and credits.
Ownership of Materials
All materials on Ticket Arena UK's website are copyrighted and are protected under treaty provisions and world-wide copyright laws. Ticket Arena materials may not be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without Ticket Arena written permission. Except as expressly stated in the limited licence provision of these terms and conditions, Ticket Arena does not grant any express or implied right to you under any of its trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary information.

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorised purpose without our prior express written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Ticket Arena UK's website. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content (except for your own personal, non-commercial use) from our website without the prior express written permission of Ticket Arena.

Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Site, including, but not limited to, unauthorised ticket sales, unauthorised framing of or linking to the Site, or unauthorised use of any robot, spider or other automated device on the site, will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.
Violation of the Terms
You understand and agree that in Ticket Arena sole discretion, and without prior notice, Ticket Arena may terminate your access to the site, cancel your ticket order or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorised user content, if Ticket Arena believes that the user content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms & conditions violated the rights of Ticket Arena, another user or the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Ticket Arena for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations.
Ticket Arena may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. Ticket Arena is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a user because you have violated these Terms & Conditions.
